Trump Praised By Clinton, Schumer After Historic Israel-Hamas Peace Deal

Former President Donald Trump has received praise from several Democrats after helping broker a ceasefire between Israel and Hamas, ending two years of conflict. The agreement secured the release of 20 remaining Israeli hostages and more than 1,900 Palestinian prisoners, with support from Qatar and regional partners. Former President Bill Clinton credited Trump’s team for their persistence in negotiations, while Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer welcomed the hostages’ return. Other Democratic leaders praised the ceasefire and increased humanitarian aid. Trump called the deal a step toward lasting regional stability and pledged continued support for peace efforts.
