Jordan, an elderly dog, endured years of severe neglect and abuse—chained in filth, beaten by a drunk owner, and left to suffer with untreated bone cancer. Malnourished and restricted to a mere two feet of movement, he faced unimaginable pain and isolation.

When animal rescue group GWARP learned of his plight on September 22, they were deeply moved. The rescue was not easy—the owner initially refused to give Jordan up, claiming ownership despite his abuse. But with police assistance and the promise not to press charges, GWARP successfully removed Jordan from the dire situation.
Immediate medical care was critical. Jordan was found to have osteosarcoma, with a massive tumor growing rapidly. Fortunately, it hadn’t spread to his lungs, offering a chance at survival. To save his life, an urgent amputation was arranged in Turkey, where better treatment options were available.https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=61573537220192
Jordan’s surgery was successful, and he adapted quickly, learning to move on three legs and regaining his appetite. He now enjoys warm baths, loving care, and real food—things he never knew before.
Jordan’s story is a powerful reminder that even in the face of cruelty and suffering, rescue and recovery are possible. He’s now on the path to a better life, thanks to one act of compassion and a dedicated rescue team.https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=61573537220192
