Witnesses said guests evacuated in a hurry as flames rapidly engulfed part of the motel. Authorities have not confirmed any injuries or fatalities. Roads surrounding the area remain closed while firefighters continue their work. Investigators will determine the cause of the fire after the scene is secured. Officials urge the public to avoid the area.
