Judge Tosses Wolff Suit, Clearing Path For $1B Melania Claim

A federal judge, Mary Kay Vyskocil, dismissed a lawsuit filed by journalist Michael Wolff against Melania Trump, calling it an improper attempt to block a potential defamation case. Wolff sued after receiving a legal threat over comments linking Trump to Jeffrey Epstein. The judge ruled the dispute should proceed through normal legal channels. Melania Trump has strongly denied any association with Epstein and says false claims damaged her reputation. Wolff maintains his remarks were protected speech and taken out of context.
