A horrific motorway crash in County Kildare has claimed the lives of five teenagers, aged between 15 and 18, after their BMW was reportedly travelling the wrong way on the M9 motorway before colliding head-on with another vehicle.
The crash happened shortly before 3 a.m. near Moone. The second car was carrying a family of four, including a seven-year-old boy. All four survived but suffered serious injuries.
