They took him to their shelter, where they gave him a warm bath and began tending to his recovery.While at the shelter, the puppy found solace in the company of another dog, which helped ease the trauma he had suffered. However, despite the newfound companionship, the puppy’s health remained poor, and he struggled to keep down his food.
Concerned for his well-being, the rescuers took the puppy to a veterinary clinic. There, they discovered he was suffering from a high fever and had contracted both coronavirus and parvovirus.
