A passenger ferry identified as “BARCELONA VA” is engulfed in a massive fire at sea, sending thick black smoke high above the vessel. Bright orange flames consume the upper decks as terrified passengers abandon the ship and enter the water wearing orange life jackets. Survivors float nearby, some crying and screaming while others remain close together for safety. The camera, apparently recorded from the water, captures the burning ferry from a survivor’s perspective as the vessel continues to drift. A distant boat appears to approach the scene, but an immediate rescue operation is not visible. The footage ends with the fire still raging and passengers awaiting assistance.
