Boy, 14, dies after injecting himself with butterfly in viral online challenge

In a tragic incident, 14-year-old Davi Nunes Moreira from Brazil lost his life after attempting a dangerous internet challenge. He injected a mixture of crushed butterfly wings and water into his leg, which led to severe health complications. Initially, Davi blamed the pain on a minor injury, but later confessed to his actions. Despite receiving medical attention, he endured a painful seven-day struggle before passing away in February. The cause of his death is under investigation, with speculations about infections, embolisms, or toxins from the butterfly. This incident highlights the growing danger of viral challenges, as seen in a similar case involving a Brazilian influencer last year.
