Buckingham Palace quickly denied the claim, confirming that the King continues his official and private duties. Charles, 75, was diagnosed with a form of cancer in February after treatment for an enlarged prostate, though he does not have prostate cancer. He is receiving regular treatment and has postponed public-facing engagements while continuing state business. In a personal statement, Charles thanked the public for their support and encouragement during his ongoing cancer treatment.
