Daisy’s Angels 🐾✨
At 3 AM near Cedar Creek Bridge, I found a weak Golden Retriever named Daisy. Beside her sat a bowl of water, a stuffed duck, and two notes. The first, from her family, explained they could no longer care for her. The second, written in crayon by a seven-year-old girl named Madison, begged for Daisy to be loved. She even left $7.43 — all her savings from the tooth fairy — and wrote that “angels on motorcycles” would come.

Her faith gave me courage. With Dr. Amy’s help, Daisy survived risky surgery and spent her last year surrounded by love. Madison grew stronger too, learning compassion as she helped care for her best friend.
When Daisy passed, Madison honored her with a drawing of “Mr. Bear Angel.” Years later, inspired by Daisy, she founded Daisy’s Angels, a charity that has already saved 17 dogs — proof that hope and kindness can change the world.
