When Dobi was first found, he wasn’t barking or growling. He wasn’t even moving. Curled up tightly in the farthest corner he could find, Dobi looked like he was trying to disappear from the world. His small body, frail and trembling, showed signs of severe infection and prolonged neglect. But it was his eyes—wide, haunted, and filled with a fear deeper than words—that told the real story. Those eyes belonged to a soul that had endured too much. A soul that had nearly given up.
